The Situation
A mid-career professional in her early 40s had a provident fund through her employer but had never read the member statement. She was concerned that she did not understand what the different contribution options meant and whether she should be changing anything.
What She Did
She attended the Retirement Concepts Workshop to build context first. After the session, she said she understood the terminology on her member statement for the first time and felt ready to ask her HR department a specific question about her contribution allocation.

The Situation
