Aevum ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us when you use our website or register for one of our education programmes. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

We collect only the data needed to respond to enquiries and administer programme enrolments.

  • Contact form submissions: name, email address, and optionally phone number and a free-text message.
  • Programme enrolments: name, email address, phone number, and the programme selected.
  • Website usage data: anonymised analytics (pages visited, session duration) via cookies if consent is given.
  • Communications: records of emails or messages you send to us.

We do not request or retain sensitive personal data such as financial statements, identification documents, or health information. Our programmes are educational and require no such information.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following grounds:

  • Consent: for cookie-based analytics and any marketing communications.
  • Contract performance: to administer your enrolment and deliver the programme you have enrolled in.
  • Legitimate interest: to respond to enquiries and maintain records of past communications for a reasonable period.

  • To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form
  • To confirm enrolment, share session details, and send relevant pre-session materials
  • To send post-session follow-up and feedback requests related to sessions you attended
  • To maintain records for invoicing and administrative purposes

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, profiling, or targeted advertising. We do not sell your data to any third party.

5. Data Retention

  • Contact form enquiries: retained for 12 months from date of submission, then deleted.
  • Enrolment records: retained for 3 years from the date of the last programme attended, for administrative and invoicing purposes.
  • Email correspondence: retained for 2 years from the last exchange.
  • Analytics data: anonymised and aggregated; not linked to individual identities.

6. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: our website hosting provider and email platform may process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. They are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
  • Legal obligations: we may disclose data if required by Thai law or by a competent authority.

We do not share data with financial product providers, advisors, or any commercial partners.

7. Data Protection Measures

  • Website access is protected by HTTPS (TLS encryption) at all times.
  • Access to personal data is restricted to staff who need it to carry out their role.
  • Internal systems containing personal data are password-protected and access is logged.
  • In the event of a data breach that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.

Our website uses cookies for basic functionality and, with your consent, for anonymised analytics. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the site to operate. Analytics cookies are only placed after you provide consent via the cookie banner.

  • Withdrawal of consent: to withdraw consent for processing based on consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.

10. Third-Party Links

11. Children's Privacy

Our programmes are designed for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Where changes are material, we will notify current programme participants by email.
